Returns And Exchanges
Our Returns and Exchanges policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds for buyer's remorse items such as for color, size, shape etc after the fact. It is the buyer's responsibility to read each product's description to ensure it is what you want to satisfy your needs before placing your order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, you must first contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) which must be clearly visible on the outside container so proper credit can be given to you after it is received at the correct warehouse location. Do not return any items without an RMA# or you will not receive any refund.
Use the contact us page on our website and supply all relating details & circumstances describing your reason for Return or Exchange, including pictures etc.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in it’s original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery. Any item returned will be subject to a restocking fee if deemed not due to our error.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not yet flowed through to our warehouse, we are usually able to cancel and issue a full refund. However, if your order has flowed through to our warehouse or has been picked by our warehouse staff and loaded into a trailer for shipping, we may not be able to cancel. All cancellation requests are best-effort: we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order until we've checked its processing status and have provided a response to your inquiry. If an order has shipped and you would still like to cancel, you are responsible for all shipping fees and a 30% return handling/restocking charge.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, but as soon as possible.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please visit our contact us page to send us a message.
Sale items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please go to our contact us page to send us a message.
Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
